  Adobe Illustrator zoom and alt+scroll zoom problem

  Hi everyone! As you can see in the title I got some navigation problem within Adobe Illustrator. When I try to zoom with alt+scroll it goes wild and jumpy all the way. Also with the zoom+mouse click and drag function. I select the zoom function, I drag over my object and when I release the mouse button it goes all wrong. Please pay attention at the sliders behavior in the pictures below, maybe you’ll understand it better. I’d like to add that this problem occurs only on my PC(Windows 8.1) and it does not occur on my laptop(Windows 7 Ultimate), same Illustrator version.

  Also, this is my first post here and I hope I did it right. If not, please forgive me.
