    Hi All:

I’ve been looking into different D.A.M.’s off and on for the last 8-12 months and for whatever reason just started looking into Adobe Bridge. I’ve looked at CatDV (talked to the CatDV people had the pitch tested it, don’t really care for it) and was never impressed enough by FCP Server (which no longer matters)….

And like I said, just came across Bridge. I’ve seen it in the past @ CS2, and just didn’t see a real use/need for it. But now I’m in a potential 200TB environment and some kind of D.A.M. would be helpful, real metadata… I know the XMP data won’t translate into FCP, and the show is not ready to migrate to a different NLE, but from what I’ve come to find while putzing through the software has impressed me.

Is anyone out there using Bridge in their FCP workflow? Any thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
