Sorry… but pretty much that. Is it possible to upgrade the RAM in your computer? 8 GB is not all that much RAM for Ae.

The really good-looking Ae templates tend to use lots of “computationally expensive” features like motion blur, depth of field, 3D layers with lights and shadows, etc. They look great, but they can take a long time to render — even on faster machines.

project may be 3d instead of regular ae comp..some people default to it now.
