Adobe After Effects cs5.5 render time
I have been asked to remove dead pixels from a 40 minute 1080p 24 piece. I have removed them with CC wireframe but the render time says it will take days to render it all. is that normal?

AE’s performance is very dependent on your computer hardware, your source footage, your memory and multiprocessing settings, and your render settings.
Can you provide more details about your project and your setup?

im working off a late 2010 mac book pro 2.93 mhz processor with 8gb ram. the source file was shot on a vericam in 1080p 24 and the 3.5 minute clip of it runs about 4 gb. not sure what my settings are in after effects
