  Adjustment Layers Greyed Out Since Updating to 2015

  I’ve used adjustment layers in the past but since updating the 2015 this option is greyed out regardless of which timeline or project I have opened.

  Did something change or is there something I’m missing because when I go to File > New > the option is greyed out.
