Adjustment Layer in Premiere Pro CS4
Hello,
How can I add an adjustment layer in Premiere Pro CS4?New item > Adjustment Layer does not work because there is no option for an adjustment layer.
I really need to add adjustment layers to create parallax effects like this…

If I remember correctly that feature was added in the later versions.

Adjustment Layers were not part of CS4. I don’t think they were in CS5 either. If I recall, it may have been CS6 or CC when that feature was added.

I have a laptop with 2 GB of RAM. Yeah, it’s backdated.
Then, is it possible for me to use adjustment layers? -
This has nothing to do with your hardware. You’ll need to get a new version of Premiere to use adjustment layers.
E: But if you update your Premiere you’ll need to update your hardware as well.

Adjustment layer was introduced in PP CS6.
