Hello, I was curious to find it out if it’s possible to adjust the playback rate of a track manually while it plays. It’s possible to change the rate, by moving the switch to the r/l located in the track controls, next to the clip, below automation and effects, but the changes aren’t recorded. Is there a way to alter the clip this way, through some recording method? All suggestions welcome, Thanks.

Look up “velocity envelope” in the help. You can add it to a clip and change it’s velocity. It will not affect the audio and doesn’t work at the track level but it will allow you to change the velocity over time.
