Hi I’m sure this has come up before and I did search but can’t find it.
I’m hoping to connect several properties to a slider but have them offset by a given percentage.
For example: if I connect a slider to the scale of three layers, and my slider is at 50% I want layer one to be 50% but layer two to be 60% and layer three 70%
Not essential but if anyone knows how That could be done with a 3 frame delay as well that would be amazing.
Thank you in advance 🙂

Hello, look at this.
Layer 1 > Scale property > Expression:
temp = thisComp.layer("CONTROLS").effect("Slider Control")("Slider");
Layer 2 > Scale property > Expression:
thisComp.layer("layer 1").transform.scale.valueAtTime(time - 3 * thisComp.frameDuration) * 1.2;
Layer 3 > Scale property > Expression:
thisComp.layer("layer 1").transform.scale.valueAtTime(time - 6 * thisComp.frameDuration) * 1.4;

That included AE helped me get my head around it – nice one.
Thank you 🙂
