I have a quicktime animation video with 100% quality. I need to superimpose text at the beginning and at the end. But the render takes about 4 hours but I have very limited time. How can I do this reducing the render time?

    It’s 4:27 minutes. I don’t know why it’s taking so much. I’m running on a Macbook Pro with 2.66 i7 processor and 4GB RAM.
