Adding Text into Radio Waves
I was wondering how to set text or images to appear within the radio waves ‘rings’ themselves, however to not appear within any other layer. Can you set the rings to act as a mask?

Use a track mask. Take the video you want to “show through” and place it just beneath the radio waves, and then in the switches for track mask set to “alpha matte”, assuming the radio waves render onto transparent. Other wise make the radio waves white on a black layer and set the track matte to “luma Matte”
