Adding fog to the hand-held shot with motion tracker
I’m using Sony Vegas 11 with Boris Continuum 7. I need to add a smoke/fog to the video. I have pre-keyed fog from VideoCopilot or I can use Boris clouds effect too (both look good to me). The problem is that my video was shot by handheld camera. So I need to use motion tracking, so that the fog look like it belongs there to the shaky shot. How do I do it? I know some Boris plugins has motion tracker option, but not all (not clouds plugin).

Hi,
I’d suggest using the L:end Flare 3D … this filter includes both a motion tracker and a fog generator. You can disable all of the options except for the fog and use the motion tracker to lock the fog to the shaky motion of the scene.
