Adding Description to clips before importing into Premiere
Hello all,
I’m wondering if there is a way to add notes to the description field of a file before it’s actually imported into Premiere. With the workflow we have now there is no access to a computer with Premiere to be on set and it would be cool if we could add that note to the file before actually digging in. Maybe this isn’t possible (I’ve looked a little online), but thought I would check and see if anyone knows definitively.

If you add a description in the File>File Information… dialog in Photoshop, it shows up in the metadata in Premiere, when saved any file format that supports metadata, such as .psd.
