Adding a second monitor
Hello all,
this is slightly off-topic but I trust the answers I get here. I am planning on adding a second moitor to my setup (currently a Cinema Screen 23″) and would like it to fit the following criteria:
Cheap
17″
DVI in
RGB in for NTSC video
SexyThat’s about it. This would be a tools monitor so I don’t really feel like springing for an Apple monitor, plus they don’t have video in.
I’m also going to need a second video card. I figured I’d get a better one that the one I’m running now. Anyone using the Radeon X800 XT? I also do 3D work with Maya so performance is an issue. Thanks!

Look at the Dell 2405. Larger than you wanted (24″), but with an online coupon it is $779 and has DVI, VGA, Component, Composite and S-Video ins. And barefeats rates it HIGHER than the Apple 23″

I don’t think there is a 17″ cheap monitor with DVI and RBG ins.
