Add second video to an exact spot
Here is my problem. I need to make a video that has an announcer on the left and a video on the top right. Just like you see every night on the news. I know I can use the Pan/Zoom feature to size and move it.
The problem is that when I do that and add an effect like a border I get the border around the entire picture just like I never resized it. I also need to distort that top right video to fit a tv panel that was mounted at an angle.

The woman’s prespective show the secondary video at an angle and the others show the frame around the secondary video.Also any ideas on how to create the reflection below the secondary video?

On the border effect dialog, look at the timeline area. You will see the word “border” to the left of the timeline area. To the left of that is a little triangle. Click it.
