  Add Market to Clip Broken???? And terrible audio performance.

  When I boot up Premiere CC 8.1 and try to add a marker to a clip in the timeline, I can add one marker and then every other marker is added to the timeline, not the clip.

  As a side note I get timeline freezes all the time where the audio will play but the playhead freezes in one spot. Or my audio waveform will randomly disappear and I won’t get audio at all. Or the timeline will freeze altogether randomly. I’m constantly having to quit Premiere to jog it out of the freeze.

  But the clip thing is SUPER annoying. How could such a basic function be so broken.

  Is anyone else experiencing this?

  I’m running 8.1 on one of the new soda can Macs. OS x 10.9.5 2.7 12 core.
