  add event from trimmer using drag and drop

  this might be a stupid question.

  i have vegas pro 9 trial version.

  i dont understand how to use the trimmer. for example, when i have some region selected in the trimmer and want to add that as an event on my timeline, i can’t seem to be able to drag and drop the region from the trimmer without actually moving the selection that i created. Am I doing it wrong?
