Add Edit Keys (a quick question)
When I hit my A and S keys (go to next/previous add edit), it always automatically goes into trim mode. Why?

Go to previous/next edit will take you into trim mode. If you want to navigate edit by edits on the timeline then use your FF/RW keys and make sure to set them to stop at either heads or tails in you composer settings.
