    I think you can do all of it with standard AE plugins.
    First you need to do a 3d camera track and solve the camera. This will give you a AE virtual camera that will move the same a s the real camera.
    Second you need to rotoscope out the foreground elements ( woman, car elements) to be able to composite them on top.
    Thirdly you need to cut out the elements of the photograph – trees, ruins etc. – and build a 3d setup that your virtual camera can see as it moves.
    Sandwich that between the full clip and the rotoscoped elements and play with opacity and transfer modes on the elements.
