Looks sweet but I hear nobody’s using that in London.

Dammit! I just knew this was going to happen.

I’ve spent 15 years building my practice around refined white sugar. It’s what I love. What I learned on. What I KNOW.

Now you come and tell me that the next big thing is CHOCOLATE?

Well no WAY! No freeking way!

I’m just not gonna change now. Sugar was good enough for me and my clients for DECADES I tell ya. I can do EVERYTHING I need with sugar. I can Color it. Shape it. Mould it. Jeez, I can make freeking PEEPS out of it and people fanatically LOVE them some PEEPS.

And the sugar ecosystem is MASSIVE. What if I NEED granules? Can Chocolate do that? Heck NO. And don’t go barking at me about chocolate POWDER – it’s NOT THE SAME!!!

Yep, I know that the sugar cartel has just announced that they’re no longer going to sell sugar. Instead they’re going to rent me access to a virtual candy store where as long as I pay the monthly sugar fee, I can lick to my hearts content – and sure, there might be some months when I don’t WANT to access the candy store – but I’ll still be paying for it.

    But I’m FINE with that.

Just don’t tell me that Chocolate is the new thing and that it’s great, and that I’d really like it if I just tried it.

It’s too damn complicated for me to change now.

    Besides…

I can leave a box of sugar in my car for a few hours in the sun and it’s STILL sugar.

Try that with your ‘effing “chocolate!!!”

That’s true. Its pretty much Cadbury in any shop I’ve seen.

An interesting concept though – branding a version of your operating system with someone else’s brand.

If Apple needed the money……actually Google doesn’t need the money either…….

Anyway, if Apple needed the money, they could have OS X Hershey Bar.

Yeah, I like sugar. I also like chocolate. I know that without some of the sweetness of sugar, chocolate tastes pretty god damn awful.

But some people like Windows Milk Duds.

There’s Android Jelly Bean… hey that’s a real one. They could have used Jelly Belly though.

I wish now that I’d picked something other than Hershey bar, as I think they are completely disgusting – I don’t know how Americans can possible like them.

How about OS X Big Mac?
