  Actual pictures as subpictures?

  I want to put a subpicture graphic next to a text button so that when a person points at one of the text buttons, a picture will pop up to the left of the text button.

  But even though I put in an actual photo in the subpicture layer in Photoshop, when the link is selected in Encore, the photo is filled in with a solid color. What do I need to do to get the actual photo to appear?
