  Action State Call-Outs needed for Presentation

  I need to prepare a large presentation where several slides have tables of content, which while being presented, need action call-outs.

  I.e., by pressing the right arrow-key the text in in row one will highlight. By pressing the arrow again, the next line of text will be highlighted.

  I want to use indesign for it’s layout functionalities but don’t know of an efficient way to make callouts for this presentation.

  I could easily just create the presentation with each call out on it’s own slide, but then we’re talking hundreds of pages and extra work if one slide happens to have a number change.

  Does anyone know of a good work flow to make this happen (even if it’s creating a pdf of the presentation then adding the interactivity after in another program)?
