  Accidentally Recorded Flash to Disk, How Do I Create A Useable File?

  I normally record a copy of my stream to disk as a Windows Media File, but somehow recorded as a flash file. Any thoughts on how to turn this into a usable video file? What is the purpose of recording Flash to disk in the first place?
