accidentally “grab still from every image”
I have meticulously saved grades from a feature… I accidentally grabbed a still from every shot instead of just hitting “grab still”.. now I have thousands of images in my still store.. I cant figure out which grades are the ones I built, I cant undo this either.. what can I do to sort this out?!

Is there a sort option based on grabbed time?

the same happend to me a few days ago! When the endless grabbing was done I closed the project WITHOUT saving. Then I opened the last autosave version and my still page was nicely organized without the thousands of accidentally created stills. OK, I was losing 10 minutes of work.
Feature request: confirmation before generating more than 20 stills like:”are you sure to create 1.397 stils within your current still page?”Good luck.

where do you save your stills? the path should be under config. and there just try to delete those files (one dpx and another one with different file extension per still, dont renember right now) via sort by date and time in the finder.
but save your database before just to be sure…

In the stills page, you can right click anywhere on the gray area. In the menu there’s an item called “Sort stills by” you can choose “create time”. It will organize your stills according to create time and you can delete the new ones you don’t need.
