Is there a way to export all audio that relates to an audio file, even if its not in the sequence?

Reason being is editors often cut with 1 mix track provided from the recordist and the split tracks for each mic are discarded when syncing and making their subclips.

Then when it comes time for delivering to sound they want to have all the split tracks.
The only way I know of is to matchframe back to the original and cut back in… boring.
    thanks

If you take that AAF into PT and add all the original source files (BWAVs) into the same session, PT can expand each region with all the source tracks.
Unfortunately, there’s no easy way to do it in MC. Longstanding feature request.

You should tell your editors to track lay properly as they go. It’s not hard – I do it all the time. I’ve had to pick up a job from another editor a few times and occasionally pass things over to another editor for something I’m cutting and it irritates the hell out of me if they don’t tracklay the way I want it.
