  • a way to smooth out the motion from a time lapse capture?

I took a video of a projected video. The result is kind of choppy
like a time lapse, not like camera shake. I think the original was
projected that way. I would like to smooth
that out please. Frame blending and motion blur did not work.

Maybe there is a way to knock out the repeat frames? etc.

    Any ideas please?

    Thanks

Sounds like the framerate of the projector was out of sync with the camera. There would be no way to solve that. Taking video of a projection is a losing proposition.

if I wanted to laboriously remove duplicate frames to smooth out this movement,
is there any easier way to lift them out?

well, much to my surprise, I went to 80% stretch and the improvement is adequate.
