    i have some video clips . i want to have the clips spin till i get to the clip i want then zoom in . i can do the zooming and all that. but the spin is where im having problems . picture a tire spining but on its side . so you just see the tire thread .but isntead of tire thread its pictures … another way to explain would be a globe spinning with pictures on each side, spinning on the globe but without the globe jus the images spining around in a perfect flat circle .
    im sorry if you dont understand im having hard time explaining .. hopefully you know what i mean
    any help is appreciated thanks

    There are several ways to do what you want, I think the easiest is with this script. Basically it’s just select the layers you want in the cylinder, then run the script, putting the number of layers to be in the cylinder in the first box and the radius in the second, details on installing the script and running it,here:

    It creates a Null with slider for radius and so you can move/rotates the cylinder, just rotate the Null.

    There are several other methods, read the whole thread for other options.

    Then just swap your layers in, bit now I think the top one is easiest.

    thanks so much mike . i was thinking thier had to be a script or expression to simplify this . i know xyz space in 3d an all that but i thought thier had to be something simliar to what you posted.. thanks for the help, i really appreciate it !!
