    That message appears when I try to open Prem CS4, what could it be?
    I have work with it several times and that never happened before.

    I had the same problem with CS3 and their latest patch fixed it (finally). It had to do with scrubbing over badly captured frames.
    If you’re having the problem with starting Premiere to the intro/start screen then you may have to reinstall Premiere; Otherwise, if you launching from a Project file then your project is likely corrupted and you should look in your Auto-Save folder and try opening up a slightly-older version.
