A Scanner Darkly Effect
I kind of have a loaded set of questions here to have the outcome look like the movie A Scanner Darkly. First of all this is my first time on this fourm so if that has been discussed then I am sorry, I looked around and really couldnt find anything.I am a student and for my final project in my animation class we are allowed to use a variety of techniques.
