A couple of ‘small problems’
I’ve installed Vegas 64 bit on my Mac Pro (using bootcamp with Windows 7).
The mac is damn fast.
How do I set up Vegas properly to make use of all the power? This is an editing computer, hence it is not used for more. I want it to allow all of its power to be used by Vegas. How do I do this properly?
I am up working, finally, after so many problems with installing Windows 7 and stuff (I has taken more than 3 days of work to get it running).
Now I am editing something, but at times, the preview just turns black. If I want to ‘preview’ clips in my media bin, it also turns black some times. Only some times. There is nothing wrong with the files, as they can easily be watched at some times and not at other.
My idea is that it is because of some wrongly-tweaked RAM-setting.When it happens, I can’t ‘preview’ anything. It is all black, but plays the sound perfectly. If I minimize the program or close it down, I can work again, but only for some time, until it happens again. What could be wrong?
