    Hi all:

A friend of mine who owns the HVX-201 (european model) has ordered a new E series 32Gb. card, and she has a couple of questions:

-Can it be used along the older cards in the same camera and at the same time? I.E., with an older card in slot 1 and the new card in slot 2.
-I’ve already seen at Panasonic’s japanese site a firmware update for the HVX200/200A, to solve the known issues with the new cards (shooting at 12fps in 720p, etc.). Is that update for the european model too (HVX-201)? Or will there be another one?

    Thanks in advance.

You can mix P2 cards. I don’t know if the firmware works for all versions of the camera.

Firmware updates are camera specific. If you have the HVX-201, you use the firmware update for the 201 only.
