    Ed or anyone else.

Hey Excalibur, really enjoy using it. A couple of strange things though. Twice now with th multi-cam I have had the very first clip/cut missing from the master track when the track is built after selecting ‘multi-cam’ in the Excalibur interface. From the selection of the next camera cut onwards it’s fine.

On a different job all went well until I wanted to render the master timline. The render started to render the four screens with tally cursor that was visible in the preview window although the option to render a four split was disabled in the Excalibur GUI.

Lastly one render had a small portion of the render showing the tally four screen split with cursor then it went back to the full screen render as per the master track.

Excalibur being new to me it’s quite possible I am doing something wrong but I don’t think so. Any pointers or similar experiences anyone?

Chris, send me an e-mail or post at http://www.jetdv.com. I prefer handling tech support type questions there. Plus, you may also find some of the questions have already been answered 🙂

Either e-mail or through my website works best. You can both e-mail and PM me through my website as well as post questions.

Thanks Ed, will do if I haven’t worked it out. Probably my finger trouble. Other than the mentioned quirks Excal has been great with numerous switches of 500 to 1000+. Congrats on a great set of tools, everyone should have it!
