A basic menu question about DVD Architect
First of all I continue to ask myself this question. What on earth would I do without this forum to help out! Many thanks to the professionals who help those of us who are technically challenged.
By the way I discovered to my delight that DVD Arch is a great rendering program and if I allow its full potential to happen in rendering bitrates etc. the results are almost as good as the original footage in my vid cam! Stunning!
Now for my question: I want to create a menu for my video which is for the most part a field guide to the parrots of Australia.
I want users to be able to simply go to the menu and click on each species to view it without fast forwarding through almost an hour of footage on each DVD to find the species they want to learn about!
Can anyone advise on if this is possible in DVD Arch? I have hit some bumps in the road while using the program and am still working on the basics I am afraid.
I have included some screenies to give folks an idea of what I would like to do. Esthetically the screenies are just a mockup in photoshop and of course arent very well done yet.

Don, this is possible as I do it for almost every DVD I make these days 🙂
Check out my (rather lengthy) response in the DVD scene selection markers as in comm. DVDs thread.
Be advised that I did repeat a lot of the instructions twice (no idea why) so ignore the duplicate material. -
