January 30, 2013 at 8:22 pmHey Nuno
Thats how its always been. Even in version 8.
You should use the versions tool instead of memories when you’ve tracked something

January 30, 2013 at 8:25 pmAre you using the “memory” slots or Versions?
With Versions, I find that Local versions work the best for this kind of thing… as opposed to the default remote versions.
Also, unless I remember falsely, Memories/Still Store don’t retain tracking data or keyframes…
I apologize if I’m answering the wrong question.

February 2, 2013 at 7:08 pmAt this point it may be preference, but I have more consistent results with Local… It may be a null issue now, but when I stated using Local I was getting weird anomalies in my timeline with groups and linked media and Local seemed to work where Remote gave me headaches…
Though being asked why… I come up a dry on a specific reason, the above is as close as I can remember…
Initially there was a reason, now it’s just what I do…

February 3, 2013 at 3:48 amWas doing some work today and thought I’d check about why I was doing Local vs Remote… and I found that though I know I started using Local versions for a specific reason, they are to inconvenient to just start using with no cause, the remote versions appear to work just fine…
I’m not working with Groups today, just linked media, I’m thinking the groups were why… but, yeah… I’m just gonna chalk that one up to habit… that started with some initial impetus that I can no longer ID.
