8 Channels of Audio out via SDI
Has anyone had success doing this? I’m about to start on a show for Discovery Healthy and they’ve switched to need an IMX master with 8 channels of split audio. I see that the LHe (which is what I own) supports 8 ch digital audio on paper, but wondering if anyone has had luck or problems doing it?

I do 4 channel output for network with no issues.
I need to also deliver DA88’s, and while I haven’t done that yet, I have a post below that was replied to that confirms you can output 8channels of audio via SDI or AES.Ron

Have you done this yet? I’m going to be outputting some IMX shows for DCI and was hoping to run the audio on SDI instead of AES.

Not yet. It will be a couple weeks…my fingers are crossed.
