  720P60 from JVC GY HD-200u into Vegas Pro

  If this has already been asked and answered, I apologize but I cannot find the thread.

  I have permission to try out Vegas Pro and have used Vegas 6 extensively a couple of years ago. We shoot primarily with JVC GY-HD200u’s in 720P60 and have been using Final Cut. Final Cut has a capture and render preset of 720P60 and I see that Vegas does not. Can I tweak the project properties to read progresive 59.? and will that work? Or does Vegas not even capture the mts file in 60p?

  Anyone have any experience with this? I really like Vegas and think it would be much better than Final Cut or Avid for the specific project I’m working on, but if it can’t handle 720P60 that pretty much rules it out completely.
