    Greetings!

have a 30 second spot finished on a 720p timeline (shot in 720p) a local cable advertising company would like to send this to their head-end via ftp and has suggested a deliverable in h.264… what i am worrying about is the aspect ratio… what are some suggestions for workflow/settings using compressor or perhaps straight out of FCP as to not fubar it?!

    thanks much appreciated

I recommend you go through Compressor and create a 720pHD H.264 file. You can change the settings to create the Aspect Ratio you are aiming for …

Test out a minute of your video with the Default 720p H.264 settings and see what it gives you.
