    Hi,

Shooting on Panasonic HVX200, using P2 cards

720p25fps shooting, when i get it into FCP, the properties listing says the compressor is 720p50 – in fact that is the only comparable compressor in the list of options on the timeline.

It plays fine on the timeline, but if I go thru frame by frame, each one is duplicated

So functionally it works fine, but I’d like to know if this is how it has to be, or is there a way I can not have those dupes on the timeline, as it slows adds render requirements and export time?

Apologies if this has been dealt with in detail, I couldn’t find an answer when I looked

    Thanks in advance

    Mike
