72060P Varicam shot at 25fps ( notionally PAL ) Question
Gary, Graeme et al, can you all – in your previously unannounced role as advocates for the PAL ( 72060P @25fps ) world of FCP/AVID users – button hole/cajole/lassoo/headlock/!!! the Apple/Panasonic reps at the same time in the same padded cell/Bar at NAB and ask WHEN THE @#$$^ will Varicam recordings shot at 72060P ( NOT 59.94 base frequency ) be supported over firewire on FCP/Avid ??
Thankyou in advance on behalf of the other half of the Post World waiting for the simple adoption of a simple math adjustment to ( on the FCP side ) a great editing solution that allows the use of a worklow that promises so much and is yet to deliver.

I agree also.
You would not be having this problem with 25fps content if apple understood that the market outside the US was lager than the market here.You would think all of the NHK / BBC FCP installs for SD would wake them up.
