6.01 and 6.02 compatiblity

The only versions of FCP that were different and that you could work with interchangeably was FCP 5.1.2 and 5.1.4. I was a bit amazed to figure that out. Because typically no version of FCP is downward compatible.

Is there any way to save a 6.02 project so it will open in 6.01? Thanks!

No…but what you can do is export an XML of the project (version 4) and then FCP 6.0.1 can import that. It works for full projects.
