not sure where to post this, so sorry if this is the wrong place.

I’m having some problems with mpeg stream clip and I’m hoping someone can advise me.
Ive shot video using a 5dmk2 I want to edit the footage using fcp

I open up the application (mpeg stream clip) I drag and drop my clip in to it and then this is where I get stuck
Do I go file export quick time and select proress 422
Or do I go file export other formats?

When the window pops up I’m assuming I do the following
    Leave it as 1920×1080 unscaled
do I uncheck interlaced scaling and deinterlace video?

Thanks for any advise or help you can give me.

That should work. I have been exporting using StreamClip with Apple HDV 60i preset and everything looks great. But I am not sure either if this is the right setting. I used to use XCam 30p export. That works as well.

Export as ProRes 422. 100% quality.

Leave everything else as the default settings.

You can also batch convert files (Apple-B).
