    Massive- but you can find this out for yourself with Google. For example:

    A major difference is the full-size sensor in the 5D. Depending on what you’ll be doing, this can be seen as an advantage or a disadvantage. Most would say it’s an advantage though.

    Hi David, one feature in the 7D’s favor is monitoring. Apparently, it’s the only Canon exporting 1080 during record. https://cheesycam.com/canon-60d-vs-7d-hdmi-output-resolution-test/ Purely for focusing/directors, it allows one to use a high resolution monitor with some purpose. And I suppose if you ever get your hands on Zeiss compact primes, they don’t have the vignetting problems like with the full size sensor. Someday…ML

    Uh, correction;

    I was thinking of full cine primes (not compact EF mount). But that’s in the PL mount conversion category…ML

    If it is for Film making the difference in pixelcount doesn’t really matter between the two.
    The size of the sensor does tho.

    You have to ask yourself what kind of shooting you are gonna be doing.
    If you plan on using al kinds of crap attached to you camera the the 5d or 7d might be the way to go (Im talking follow focus, external monitors, steadicams etc.). But if your work just involves hand holding or a tripod the the 60D is best. The flip out screen and better audio features makes the 60D leave the other two in the dust as a “Naked” camera. (stricktly i terms of video, Still photography is another story)
    Basicaly the difference in videoquality between the models is unnoticable to most users.

    What everyone has said here is great… I will add to that, my decision was based primarily on frame rates…. The 7D will shoot at 720/60p and the 5Dmkii does not, so if over-cranking for slo-mo is important to you than the 7D is the way to go. It was for me…

    Good Luck!
