    Hi,
I’m new to Premiere Pro, but not pro editing software, I just finished editing my first Premiere project and I was shooting some skateboarding with a Canon 60D at 60fps so I used the DSLR 60fps sequence setting. Everything went fine with editing, the slow motion looks nice, but I want to export it to 30fps and some things look jittery. Is there a good way to export it? Would it have been better to just edit straight onto a 30fps timeline?

I’ve never had problems with 60 to 30p, but I’ll tell you what I do whenever I do a conversion and it just doesn’t work.

I stick my sequence that I edited in, which matches my media, into a sequence which matches my desired output. I’ve found this to be affective when simply rendering to the new format doesn’t work so well.

    It’s worth a shot.

Another thing you could try is turning on “frame blending” when you render.
