  5.1 Surround – Adding stereo mix to channels 7 & 8?

  I’m trying to upload a broadcast TV spot with 5.1 surround to our media company. It got rejected by QC because “the stereo mix is not present on channels 7 & 8”.

  I have a single file from our audio engineer. An interleaved WAV with the six channels mixed within it. I do also have a stereo mix but not quite sure how to include that? Obviously don’t want to hear it since the 5.1 mix is correct. Do I drop it in the timeline and mute it? But how do I get it to show as channels 7 & 8 when it’s on track 2 (with the 5.1 mix being a single file on track 1)?
