  4fps & 15fps ingest for a 23.98 timeline

  Good Day everyone. Any help here would be appreciated.

  I just recieved an email from one of our DPs, so I haven’t actually seen the footage yet. Here is the question. He shot some stuff at 4fps & 15fps on DVCPRO HD 720p. These need to be digitized in for a 23.98 timeline. They don’t want the footage to look sped up. Instead they want it to have a “smeary but real time look.” What is the best workflow for this?

  We are running FCS 2 on MacPro dual 3.0GHz Quad-Core, w/ 4GB RAM
