Posted by Erik Nilsson on October 20, 2007 at 1:25 pmhello
id just completed my enocre 4:3 project but i now realized that i should have done it in 16:9(!) is there a way to “swtich” between 4:3 to 16:9? Or do i have to do it all over again 😛 🙂

October 20, 2007 at 8:50 pmWhat version of Encore? In CS3, you should only have to redo the menus, as long as Encore properly interprets your timeline assets as widescreen.

Yes. Otherwise a 16:9 display will stretch the menus and the graphics will appear distorted to your audience.

No. Just link the new menu buttons to the existing timeline chapter points.
Changing from 4:3 to 16:9 won’t affect the disc’s navigation – it’ll work just like the 4:3 version did.
