4:3 to 16:9

You make it anamorphic and then you have to be sure your system has a video card to properly play that video out full screen on a 16:9 screen. If you’re watching this on a 4:3 screen, then it will be squished horizontally.

If you make a new sequence using the easy setup for DV NTSC Anamorphic, you can then copy and paste your HD clips into it and it should look fine. If that’s not what you’re looking for, please try to rephrase your question.
