    Hello.

I want to make a video where I replace the actor’s head with a 3D generated one.
I was wondering if there’s software I could use to get the orientation of the head (with the help of markers or somesuch) into my 3D modeling program (Maya).

maya will import your x,y,and Z perameters as well as camera information. It’s just a matetr ug using the right sensors/trackers. I dunno how much action your talent is doing but you may just be able to motion track the new melon on him or her. Angle and action will depict this.
also, AE now imports motion control files for it’s camera. Just an fyi… may make things easier.
