    3D Serpentine Problem

    Hi

    I downloaded the demo of 3D Serpentine to try it out before I bought it. Thus, far I have not been able to get a a ram preview to work or a project to render. I get an Adobe Dynamic Link Exception error box when I do a ram preview. Been using the files that came with 3DS demo.

    Here are my system Specs.

    Adobe After Effects CS3

    OSx 10. 4.11

    Apple G5 PPC Quadccre 2.5
    8GB Ram
    500GB HDD
    Super Drive
    NVIDIA GeForce 6600
    DecklinkSP

    I really want 3D Serpentine to work since I love all my Zaxwerks products.

    Hi Gene,

    Thanks for the information. Are you able to click on the “Update Serpentine” box to get the Serpentine graphics to display? Or are you not able to get any graphics to display at all without the error message popping up?

    If possible, please send me your project file also so I can look at your setup and also try to reproduce the issue that you’re running into.

    Hi Ed,

    I did a preference reset and everything is working fine. Just order my copy. This is a great plug-in and is quite fast.
