    i know how to use the particules in after effects but i think this is next level

    Realy would like to know how to make this kind of particles in 3d

    Looks like a combination of Element 3D and Plexus. Both sites have tutorials on how to use both products.

    Element 3D is to integrate 3D object within AE. Its basically a Particle Generator. For particles you may have to use Plexus(as in this video, Particles joined with each other) as John suggested or you can use Particle effects of AE.

    And another thing there is some camera changes in this video i think no?

    and i don´t know if they have lights or something like that
