    hi there,

I am looking for a method to produce a 3d page turn in AE.
I want to turn the front page not out of sight (as CC page turn does) and would appreciate any real 3d feature to have the possibility to get some perspective shots as well.

The idea is to turn pages in an open book. so we would see two pages at once (one on the left, one on the right) and additionally have a front and also a different back.

Is there a way in AE to do this?

As I never found any real 3d distortions or bendings (maybe I just oversaw them) I really wonder if this can be done properly.

I am sure you guys know the way out, right?

thanks a lot and see you soon

    Gunnar

    1) Zaxwerk’s 3D Warp is the newest 3D bender in AE, but I don’t know hoe more than one layer does, interaction-wise. I think there might be a problem is there’s more than one page, at least there was when it first came out.

    2) Serge has a great AE 3D Book, here:

Click “Project” to download the aep. In the comp named “Composited” the layer “Page_Middle” gets a little warp with the effect Bezier Warp, at about 8 seconds into the animation as the book is closing.

This is a very nifty project.
